Stitcher Options (per person cost)

Option 1 Cost per person (sharing room with two queen beds, 3 nights accommodation, all meals, stitcher package) $699
Option 2 Cost per person (private room, 3 nights accommodation, all meals, stitcher package)    $799
Option 3 Commuter - cost per person (stitcher package, all meals, excluding breakfasts) $485

When selecting Option #1 (Double Room Occupancy), if you know another stitcher with whom you would like to share a room, please tell  us.  Otherwise, we will attempt to match you up with another stitcher.

There are only a small number of single rooms to be allocated on a first come basis.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is payable on making your booking, with the balance payable by August 24, 2010.

If you would prefer to pay the balance off monthly, then please let us know.

Extra Night - 7th October

Cost per person, Extra night October 7, 2010 (per person) $50

Come a day early and enjoy the magnificant New Hampshire fall foliage! You must select the same room type as for the stitching retreat above. You'll need to make your own arrangements for meals until the welcome reception on the 8th.

Stitcher package

This includes classes with our guest teacher and materials for a special project. The retail value of the materials for this project alone is $150 and is included in the retreat cost.

Thea has created a beautiful four-sided Gingerbread Tree Etui trimmed with button and bead candies, fully lined and decorated with white ‘icing sugar’ snow. Read more about this project here

Meals include:

  • 1 welcome reception, 3 x breakfasts, 2 x lunches, 2 x dinners, 1 afternoon tea

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel in the event of insufficient numbers. You will receive a full refund including deposit.

You are able to cancel no later than August 24, 2010 with a full refund of any payments made prior excluding the non-refundable deposit of $150.

We strongly suggest you have travel insurance in case you have to cancel due to illness or travel disruptions.
