 Day 2 Buffet Lunch

 Luncheon Salad Buffet

Tossed mixed greens, Caesar Salad, grilled chicken, blackened chicken, spanish rice, pasta salad,
coleslaw, potato salad and assorted salad toppings and dressings, fresh rolls and butter.

 Day 2 Dinner

 Prime Rib Station.  Pasta Alfredo. Baked Haddock with tossed salad, potato, vegetables, fresh rolls and butter.

 New York Cheesecake

 Day 3 Breakfast

 Coffee, tea, hot chocolate

Fresh fruit, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, tea

All natural cereals

Fresh Baked Rasberry cream cheese muffins

Hot oatmeal, brown sugar, maple syrup and cream

  Day 3 Lunch

 Carving Station of Roast Turkey and Virginia Ham served with horseradish sauce, honey mustard,
cranberry sauce, potato salad, baked beans, tossed salad, fresh rolls and butter.

  Day 3 English Style Late Afternoon Tea (4.00pm)

 selection of tea sandwiches, cakes, pastries.

  Day 3 Light Dinner

 Pizza and selection of salads

Selection of desserts 
Apple Crisp, Homemade pies, NY cheesecake, amaretto Pudding, homemade cake and icecream.

  Day 4 Breakfast

 Coffee, tea, hot chocolate

Fresh Fruit, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, tea

All natural cereals

Fresh baked cinnamon buns

Hot oatmeal, brown sugar, maple syrup and cream
